FQA’s – Lisa Peel Wedding Photography

Planning a wedding can be an exciting and overwhelming experience, and choosing the right wedding photographer is a very important decision!

To help you navigate this process, I have compiled a list of my FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions). From understanding my collection to discussing what is required of you, these questions will help you discover if I am the perfect wedding photographer for you.

Let’s get started! 

Do you work with a second shooter? 

Yes my collection includes a second shooter as I feel it is an important addition, you will get both morning preparations captured and some more candid shots of your guests.

Do you charge for travel? 

My collection includes travel within the UK and outside of the UK. All travel and accommodation will be quoted.

Do we need to feed you?

It does state in my contract that a meal needs to be provided for myself and the second wedding photographer. 

If you speak to your venue they usually provide a supply a meal for the both of us. 

Do you provide the RAW files? 

No, I will never provide raw files. Part of the process and experience of booking me as your wedding photographer is having those beautiful final edited images that you will see on my website and social media.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have all the relevant business insurances required and I can provide certificates if needed.

Have you worked at our venue before? 

I have shot at lots of lovely venues, however if I have not shot at your venue this makes me even more excited as it gives me the opportunity to be creative in new spaces and surroundings.

My style is based on lighting, and I pride myself on being able to chase the best light, so the venue will compliment that!

Do we need to meet you at the venue to do a site visit?

No, I do not need to visit the venue prior to your wedding, this is because my photography will based on the lighting on the day.

Can you edit in a different style?

No our wedding gallery will presented in my unique editing style that you see across my website and social media.

Do you have insurance?

Yes I have public liability insurance and business insurance.

Do you supply wedding albums?

I absolutely do! I love creating beautiful luxury wedding albums for my couples. They are created and printed in a professional lab, using the highest quality of materials. They are simply beautiful and need to be seen to be believed.

How soon will we receive our images?

I usually share 5-10 images with you as soon as possible, as I know you will be keen to announce your wedding on your socials, and it makes my heart so happy if that announcement is done using my images (don’t forget to tag me!).

The final gallery I aim to deliver 4-6 weeks after your wedding date.

What happens if you are ill on our wedding day?

So far this has never happened, and I hope it stays that way! However, I am lucky enough to know a network of amazing wedding photographers so would find a replacement for you in no time.
